Customer service experience, coupled with excellent communiction skills is required; will consider previous background in: Banking/mortgage, sales, retail, student loans, call center experience, hospitality or debt recovery.  Knowledge of Fair Debt Collection Practices is helpful but not required.  We provide comprehensive training.  Proficiency in personal computer skills is required.
